Upcoming ALM meeting - Costa Rica 2011

The VII Latin American Mycological Congress will take place in the city of San José, Costa Rica in July 2011. The specific dates and place will be announced in the near future. The conference is currently organized on the basis of previous ALM meetings and will include activities such as conferences, oral presentation sessions, poster sessions and organized symposia. The tentative schedule for these activities is presented below.

Symposia
You can organize a symposium about a particular topic if you have the collaboration of other people. Proposals for symposia are currently being accepted. Please indicate in your proposal the topic and confirmed speakers. You can send this information to

Pre-congress workshops
A series of workshops/field courses will be organized for students interested in strenghtening their skills. These courses will take place in the previous days to the congress. The topics will be defined in the near future.

ALM member registration
All ALM members have to update their personal information before the date of the congress by using the online form on this website (click here). This system is independent of the congress registration and abstract submission platforms.
